Andrew Levitch joined FLG in 2021 with an unusually broad experience-base in life sciences and technology, encompassing subsectors from biotech, medical devices and diagnostics, to digital health and manufacturing. Prior to coming to FLG, Andrew spent 11 years at Finategy, a strategic advisory firm that he founded, providing C-suite and strategic advisory services to private equity & venture backed companies as well as to Merck’s Global Health Innovation fund. Previously, Andrew spent 16 years at Merck in strategic, operational, finance, and marketing roles including as Senior Director, Global Scientific Strategy – Portfolio Management, and Chair of the Research Division’s Capital Committee. His was the CFO / COO of Sirna Therapeutics after Merck’s acquired the company for $1B and he served as the CFO for Merck’s $2B Hypertension / Heart failure franchise among other high profile company assignments.

Andrew started his career working for regional accounting firms and served in the U.S. Navy. He received his B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers College of Business and his M.B.A. from Lehigh University. He is a CPA (inactive) in PA and NJ. Andrew resides in the New York Metro Area.
