Bill Leetham

Bill Leetham joined FLG in 2007. Bill’s experience includes over 25 years of financial management with companies large and small, public and private. He has successfully led two initial public offerings, raising over $75 million and has raised similar amounts in private equity and debt offerings.

Bill has successfully managed accounting, financial planning, legal, treasury, MIS, human resources, and tax organizations in multiple high technology companies. Several of the organizations have had large international components requiring complex tax, consolidation and currency management operations. In addition to his operating and accounting roles, his focus has been on financial planning and modeling specifically for reporting and control to line management. For management reporting, he has successfully approached the integration of multiple data sources for actual results, plans and forecasts while improving the timeliness and accuracy of the closing process.

Earlier in his career, Bill was the CFO or VP of Financial Operations at companies such as Candle Corporation, Berkeley Systems, Scopus Technology, Success Factor Systems, and Zero G Software.

Bill holds a BS in Computer Science from Oregon State University and an MBA in Finance and Management from the University of California, Los Angeles.
