SAN MATEO, CA — (MARKET WIRE) — April 30, 2007 — FLG, announced the addition of two partners, Mary Korn and Dan Gravelle, to the consulting firm, bringing the total number of professionals to 17.
FLG’s newest principals, Dan D. Gravelle and Mary P. Korn, are seasoned finance executives with significant management and operating experience with both public and private companies.

Mr. Gravelle has nearly 30 years of financial experience, including extensive merger, acquisition, restructuring and divestiture activity for high tech companies. Most recently, Mr. Gravelle was a consulting CFO for early stage start-up companies with an emphasis in the semiconductor and semiconductor capital equipment sectors. He also held financial positions at LSI Logic, DSC Communications, Granger Associates, Alumax and Liquid Air. Mr. Gravelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the California State University, Chico, and an M.B.A. in finance from Golden Gate University.
Ms. Korn brings over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, debt financing, investor relations, systems and operations to her new position. Her emphasis is working with technology firms including networking technology, Internet software and software as a service (SaaS). Prior to joining FLG, Ms. Korn was CFO of OpSource, an infrastructure provider for SaaS firms. Previously, she held CFO or vice president of finance positions at Propel Software, Internet Devices, Electroglas and Knights Technology. Ms. Korn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance from Marietta College and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University.
