Meet Eric Hall
Eric Hall joined FLG Partners in 2004 and has over 30 years of senior management experience serving as President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer for a variety of private and public companies. As an FLG partner, he has worked in life science, financial services, professional services, consumer retail, venture capital, family office/fund of funds/alternative investments, and technology companies. Eric has managed corporate and financial strategy, financial and accounting operations, financial systems, profit improvement, fund raising, corporate and capital restructurings, international expansion and operations, cash management, mergers & acquisitions, risk management, legal, human resources, IT, and investment management/alternative investments. He has helped launch several companies over his career including, but not limited to, Yahoo!, Paramount/Viacom Online, The ImagiNation Network, Women.com, McKenna Capital/mc3 ventures, and Visionnaire Ventures. He has helped raise over $2 billion of debt and equity financing and in 2015, while serving on the Board of Directors for Pan Pacific Bank, was instrumental in their acquisition. Prior to joining FLG, Eric was a managing partner of McKenna Capital LLC/mc3 ventures and was founding CEO at The Archer Group, Founding partner at Technology Perspectives and a partner at David Powell – FSD. Eric has an MBA in Finance from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University, and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Davis. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and member of the CFA Institute.
