When a permanent CFO search fell through, Blue Coat’s CEO and Board quickly engaged FLG’s Mike Gennaro to fill the CFO role until a permanent CFO replacement could be found. Mike worked with the CEO and executive staff in managing an effort to materially lower the Company’s cost structure. He also focused on implementing changes to the forecasting system and strengthening relations with Operations and Sales. Mike also managed the Company’s year-end annual audit and SEC filings process and completed his five month engagement with Blue Coat by transitioning with the newly hired permanent CFO.
