April 1, 2021 – Compass, Inc. completed its Initial public offering of 25,000,000 of Class A common stock, to begin trading on the NYSE under the symbol COMP. The IPO shares were priced at $18/share. Lead underwriters were Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley. and Barclays Capital Inc. The FLG partners Jennifer Cho and Jeffrey Kuhn assisted.
