SAN FRANCISCO, CA. (October 10, 2018) – Skyline Construction is pleased to announce the appointment of Jessica Carps, Skyline’s CFO, and Jeff Kuhn, Administrative Partner of FLG Partners, to its Board of Directors.

Jessica Carps has 15 years of experience in corporate accounting and finance for national construction and manufacturing firms. She has been a member of Skyline’s leadership team since 2015 and serves as Chief Financial Officer, where she is responsible for leading all fiscal functions and governing the firm’s strategy relating to increasing shareholder return, forecasting, strategic growth and mergers and acquisitions. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and holds the designation of Certified Public Accountant.

Jeff Kuhn

Jeff Kuhn has 40 years of operational, financial and capital markets experience in investment banking, financial services and technology companies. Jeff is the Administrative Partner and a co-founder of FLG Partners, a leading CFO and board advisory firm, and a member of FLG’s Management Committee. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Silicon Valley Directors’ Exchange and was the chairman of the Board of Directors of GoGrid until its acquisition by Datapipe in January, 2015. He is a past board director of Translarity, Inc., SVForum and Jhana Education, Inc. Jeff holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
