Gennaro has joined the consulting firm whose 15 principals with significant CFO credentials provide financial and operational guidance to companies ranging from funded startups to mid-size, public companies.

Mr. Gennaro  has nearly 20 years of experience serving as CFO or vice president of finance for public and private companies in the software, computer, computer-peripherals, disk-drive, semiconductor and services industries. Prior to joining FLG, he was vice president of finance and CFO of Sylantro Systems Inc., a Campbell, Calif.-based telecommunications software provider. Earlier, Mr. Gennaro held the same executive roles and titles for three leading early stage companies — Inverse Network Technology Inc., Piiceon Inc. and Verticom Inc. — and was vice president of finance for Novell Inc. He began his career with CPA firm Arthur Young & Co. Mr. Gennaro holds an M.B.A. from Rutgers Graduate School of Business and a Master of Science degree in mathematics from Rutgers University.
