The company’s founders, Drs. Katie Rodan and Kathy Fields, are Stanford-trained dermatologists who founded the company in 2002. FLG partner Laureen DeBuono was engaged as Interim CFO of Rodan + Fields between July 2014 through 2016, and has helped to steward the company’s growth from an annual run rate of $325 million in net revenues when she became engaged to approximately $1.5B in net revenues forecasted for 2017.
